Cancellation Terms

  • Advance Notice (≥48 hours): Guests must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to qualify for a full refund. This lead time helps us manage room availability and rebook vacated rooms if possible.

  • Late Cancellations (<48 hours): Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable. We encourage guests to cancel as early as possible to avoid charges.

  • Non-Refundable Rates: Some discounted or promotional room rates are explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These terms will be clearly indicated when you make your reservation, and any restrictions will be explained up front.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are generally issued to the original method of payment (for example, the credit card or account used at booking). This standard practice ensures the refund goes back to the payer for security and convenience.

  • Alternate Methods: If the original payment was made in cash or via UPI (which cannot be refunded electronically), SK Taj Hotels will arrange an alternative refund method. Options may include a bank transfer or a voucher/credit that can be used at the hotel.

  • Processing Time: Once your cancellation is approved, refunds typically take about 7–10 business days to appear on your account. We appreciate your patience while the refund is being processed during this timeframe.
